Acute headache and mild body pain. Body temperature is above the normal one and taking paracetamol has no effect either.

Your having a viral infection. please do steaming before bed. Drink warm water atleast 3-4 liters. Water Is very Important for fever. Don’t drink anything cold. Don’t expose yourself to cold weather. Have proper food..3 meals atleast..not too oily and don’t have non veg. Have fruits like orange mosambi apples. Gargle with hot salt water 3 times daily. Have paracetamol for fever and temperature. Viral fever takes around a week or 10 days to go away
