High fever and body pain

Asked for Male, 45 Years

I have very high fever for two days. My Total Leucocyte Count 3900 , Serium Creatinine 1.82 , Serum Uric Acid 7.9 , SGOT 48 and SGPT 51 . Please tell me what is the name of disease. Tell me the best and best tablet to relief fever and body pain.
