  4. High fever and cold. Advise what to do!

High fever and cold
My daughter is having high fever from yesterday night doctor has advised paracetamol 250 7ml 3 times till evening no improvement. By evening doctor has given paracetamol injection and tablet azithromicin 250. Till now she is having high fever pls advise what to do
