Can I give 4 ml p250 twice within 3 hrs duration ad fever is going high.. Pls help

Hello, you should Maintain a gap of at least 5 to 6 hours between the doses of paracetamol. You should also do cold sponging of forehead and body to bring down the temperature. The dose of paracetamol should be adequate to bring down the temperature. Which depends on the weight of the child not age.
