High fever (Dengue NS1 Reactive)
Hello
My daughter is having fever from last 4 days. We gave her paracetamol 500MG tablet twice a day. Fever was normal. But she showed some symptoms like redness in her palms and hands, weakness, nausea, lacking interest to eat anything. So we got her blood test. Today we got the report which says Dengue IGM Reactive and Dengue Antingen test NS1 Reactive. So please advice me what should I do now. Fever is not there now but these symptoms are still there.

You need to take her to a doctor
Do a test called CBC, LFT
Take paracetamol of fever
Take plenty of water
