  4. High fever. Little weak and dehydration.

High fever
Experiencing high fever between 101 and 103. I don't get fever this high at all. Headache, backAche and joint aches, feels like congestion in the chest but not much coughing. Digestion is also a little weak and dehydration.

Get some investigation like CBC, rapid MP, dengue serology, LFT. Take paracetamol for fever.
