Having high fever with the fluctuations with in .. 2 hours from 100 to 103..taking paracetamol 650 mg only..please suggest the best way.

HELLO, CONTINUE DOLO650 THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THREE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD. TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. TAKE LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES, JUICES, TOMATO SOUP, VEGETABLES SOUP. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D. O.K BYE
