High fever
My mother has been suffering from high fever(101-103) and joint pain since 22nd late night. The pain is so severe that she is not able to sit up or take a few steps to the bathroom. She is 68years, has hypertension and is diabetic.

Hello,
Table paracetamol 500,1tablet two times a day or as required.
Tablet zifi 200,2times a day for3-5days after food.
Table Tramadol plus two times a day.
Serological test for chikengunia.
Hot water foamentation or gel bag foamentation for 15-20 minutes.
Plenty of water. Light diet.
