High Fever
Running high fever since 2 days...102-103. Has taken Meftal Forte and Dolo 650 at 6 hr intervals but coming down. Has headache is Bodyache and feels cold as the fever picks up.
Is it regular viral or should we consult a doctor. Also considering it's Sunday today shud we continue with the paracetamols and show it to doctor tomm or take to emergency

As you have fever with shivers it is better to consult a doctor nearby you have investigations for malaria and dengue or typhoid. Yes till you tomorrow a doctor it will be better to continue with same medication
