  4. High fever. In open cold swimming pool.

High fever
Since last two days he had fever around 102 f. Given him crocin cyrup but again fever comes.please advise if any anti biotic is required.. he had fever since he had taken bath in open cold swimming pool..

Any viral fever will last for 2-3 days Give crocin in proper dose 4 times per day Antibiotics can given after only after clinical examination by paediatrician if any source of infection If any throat pain make your kid to gorgle with saltwater Plenty of hot fluids will help
