  4. High fever with dry cough. At 103!

High fever with dry cough
My child is 3 years old.He is suffering from high fever from 3 days.Doctor prescribed him azithral as antibiotics and paracetamol.But condition is not improved so far.After paracetamol effects, temperature begins to rise and reaches at 103
