High hcg after miscarriage
I have HCG around 9000 20 days after taking clear kit, when pregnancy was detected it was around 4000. Kit taken after 12 days of missed period. Is further investigation needed or it will drop on its own. I will still have spotting. Pls help

After 14 days of clear kit do an ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and retained products of conception

Please get an ultrasound done immediately. Beta HCG is high even after 20days. We need to evaluate if pregnancy is continuing or is there any other cause?
