High heartbeat
I always have a very high heart rate usually 100+ , whether I am sitting in a chair or walking or doing anything . I use Fitbit and have tracked on it , otherwise also I have omron bp machine at home and in that also I get heart rate more than 100 sometimes more than 120 .
I went to a cardiologist he said its nothing
Please guide what to do
