High hemoglobin 15.5
Hi, yesterday i did the cbc. My hemoglobin is 15.5, hct is 45.9(normal 35.0-55.0)and rbc is 5.42 (normal 3.50-5.50)and rdw% is 16.5(normal 11.0-16.0).wbc is 6.2(normal 3.50-10.0) How to reduce the above  count? Getting burning sensation in body since 1 month.bp and sugar is normal. Please advice me.

Though high hemoglobin can sometimes cause sypmtoms, you need not worry for a HB of 15.5 gm%. It's normal for males.

Hb is within range for males Drink plenty of normal water Eat simple home cooked food Physically active routine Avoid overeating, smoking n alcohol if any

High haemoglobin can be due to many reasons. It could be due to some underling inflammation or infection. By proper treatment and medicines we can bring the heemoglobin to normal. The symptoms you are having are due to the high haemoglobin.
