High Myopia
Hello, I'm 22 years of age and I have high myopia(minus 6) is having high myopia normal at this age and will it progress as I get old and will it be of any problem is future

Hi...myopia is quite common. By definition yours would be moderate myopia. Mostly at your age it become stable . Myopes should get a detailed eye check n reitna  check up done once a year, sometime there may be weak areas ..if advised by a doctor,  should do laser. It should be a problem , you can wear glasses or contact lenses or not for laser to remove number. More important is routien check once a year or as and when required.
