  4. High myopia. What should i do?

High myopia
I am 26.I have myopia Since Childhood and at present I have High myopia of - 4 and - 4.25... I m worried about Complications related to high myopia such as Retinal detachment. What should I do? Now I am scared of reading and using Digital screens since It will Deterioate my myopia... And it will lead to retinal detachment plz help...

Not every myopic eye undergoes retinal detachment. But regular dilated checkups will help you detect it earlier, if it happens and treat it before it gets severe.
