High platelet count
Recently I done my blood test, in which My MCV and MCH level is low and platelet count is high . Why these is so ? And treatment for it.

Iron deficiency is the commonest cause of low mcv and increased platelets ...and it is very common in females and vegetarians.

Hi MCV & MCH levels is about " volume of your redcell n the hemoglobin content in it " You are anemic. You could be running an iron deficiency. How much is your platelet count ? I wish to know the other values like your Hb , to tell you exactly what the issue is
