High post meal suger
Hello ystday after long i check my suger its 221 around 3.39 noon post meal i take metformin 1000 mg after that also its very high ..after that i check my suger again at 3.48 noon same day that time its 140 ...today i check fasting its 137 10.39 morning and post meal 219 at 1.11 i wanna know why its too high even after taking medicine of diabtes could you advise treatment for this...

Your fasting and post meal sugars are high and suggest poor control despite taking metformin. This means that in addition to eating healthy, exercising and continuing metformin, you may need additional medications

Because Metformin alone is not sufficient in ur case. Second drug needs to be added
