High Pressure
My pressure reading is 140/95 - what can I do? I had a similar high reading 3-4 months back. It had improved once I controlled my diet. But has again increased recently.

Make a chart of BP morning and evening every day for 7 days , if BP > 140/90 on most occasions , you will require medicines. Reduce salt, regularly exercise , control weight , eat fruits and veggies -Should help
