Mam my serum is 78.25 ng/ml, doctor given me medicine to balancing them but i came in notice that my lest breast nipple after pissing them their is a white discharge of one drop ,, is it normal?

the nipple discharge is a sign of raised prolactin so it should get controlled with the medicines that have been prescribed .
