High protein in urine.
I have high level of protein in urine...but creatnine level is norml...i hav somewhat body pain when driving for a long time...aluminum and potasium amount is also little bit high in blood...plz guide something

stop dryfruits,paalak,pulses,curd,bakery items,frmntd dfood,frozen items. drink luke warm water whole day. take meal on time. it is curable in ayurveda.consult ayurvd phyaician

Restrict salt intake, coconut water, bananas and red meat in diet. Some medicines like kbind sachet in water may be started on consultation with physician.
