I have unprotected vaginal/oral sex with hiv+lady.After that I have lost subcutaneous fat fm thighs,hands,legs,gluts &palms,left paratoid gland & swollen nods in left side of neck Did p24 at 28 day Cmia on 75 th day Elisa on 115 th day all negative 99thday Hbasg,Hcv and Vdrl all negative Doctor I have consulted said no need 4 further testing but he is not giving any reply for loss of subcutaneous fat.Whether I have affected any other STD's or any blood disorder and also please inform what other STD tests I have to do apart from above tests.Please reply

Yes.do not need to repeat tests any more.
Also, going by your logic, will repeating tests again and again answer your question?
Stress can also be a reason for weight loss.
Relax and never indulge in such things again.
