Recently in a regular health check my husband got high SGOT and SGPT.. He has no other symptoms. Just ocassional acidity or gas which we have so far thought as normal.. I am really worried. Any help on what can be the cause for this high liver enzymes?

There are multiple reasons for increased SGOT and SGPT like infection, alcohol, medications, etc. Complete history, examination and few lab investigations will help in diagnosis.
