High SGPT and SGOT
I had a blood chemistry done and my SGPT is 223.6 (normal: 0-45.6) and my SGOT is 229.9 (normal: 0-31). My blood sugar is normal and my total cholesterol is 5.57 (normal: 0-5.20). For the past few weeks I have experience sleepiness during morning and after lunch which has not happened before. I am experiencing numbness and tingling on mg hands and feet sometimes. And I have bern experiencing a slight shortness of breath for now. I do not drink alcohol and I am not taking any other medicine. I do not have yellow skin nor swelling at the moment. May I know what steps do I need to take and if the blood chemistry results show that I have a liver failure or any serious liver condition?

It is definitely of concern. Firstly consider few blood tests and fibroscan.
