High sgpt sgot and swollen lymph nodes
I have sgpt 170 and sgot 70...and also i have 3-4 swollen lymph nodes in lower hand and in legs above knee..
Kindly help?

It doesn't look like you have swollen lymph nodes as location doesn't match that of nodes. Please visit a surgeon and have assessment with usg whole abdomen and clinical examination.
