High temparature in night

Asked for Male, 1 Years

10 months baby suffering from high fever only in nights from last 3 days, giving crocin drops 1.2 ml when temperature is more than 100 degree foreign heet, what might be root cause?Is it medical emergency?

Three days fever is alarming. Pls get some basic blood investigations done and consult a pediatrician if symptoms don't subside
