I have got tested with High Total cholesterol of 285 yesterday. Kindly advice do I have to take medicine to reduce it at normal range or with some physical activities and change in eating habits will control it and bring it under normal range. I have started with 1/2 an hour morning walk and less oily food, Also I am taking more nuts walnuts, almonds fruits and vegetables etc. Plz advice.
