A TsH of 56 suggests severe primary hypothyroidism. Your dose of 25 is not sufficient and you would need an increase in the dose of thyroxine. Mostly you might need a dose of 75 mcg daily. Take your tablet empty stomach and give a gap of at least 30 mts between your medication and food.
