High TSH LEVEL in 11th week
I am 11 week pregnant.. Am taking thyronorm 50mcg.. Today I got my Thyroid profile done.. TSH is 5.14 and T4 was 14.. Kindly guide me if I should increase my dosage.. And anything else should I change in diet and exercise..

Please Continue your current dose of thyronorm Take Coriander 25 gms, make juice, take it on empty stomach regularly Check your thyroid profile after 3 months Can add Carrots plus beet root juice also
