  4. High WBC count and Platelet count.

High WBC count and Platelet count
I recently got my blood test and it shows wbc count as 15400/cmm against normal range of 4000-10000/cmm and Platelet count as 639000/cmm against normal range of 1.5 - 4.5 lac/cmm. I have attached the report. please let me know if this is serious problem.
