My SGOT level is around 133. I drink once a week. Also, I have regular problem wherein I have multiple motions in a day and sometimes burning sensation after passing stool
Is the SGOT level very serious ?

Yes, persistent high level of SGOT is dangerous in three presence of drinking history.
You must see a nearest gastroentrologist for your other doubts.
