Per se the high vitamin B12 level is not directly happening maul to the body. But if it is high, it is usually due to supplements. See most bcomplex tablets contain anywhere between 750-1500 mcg (7,50,000-15,00,000 ng/Tablet) and B12 levels are in ng. But if she was not on any vitamin supplement and still it is high we have to rule out certain conditions. For that you need to consult a physician.
Next Steps
Try redoing it while off vitamin supplements atleast for a week
Health Tips
Don’t try to interpret lab tests in isolation (without considering the person’s health). If you google up high B12 level, it will show serious diseases
