Highly fluctuating thyroid
Having thyroid from last 6yrs, earlier it was Hypo but last month I recorded thyroid on levels of 0.01 and was prescribed medicine of 75mg, which did not suit and I went for 75mg & 50mg on alternate days. This month my TSH is 0.33, should I continue with same medication, 75 & 50mg on alternate days. Feeling too much sleepy and fatigue. Age 30.10yrs, height 5.3, weight 48kgs. Thanks

Hi .. see being hypothyroid since 6 years suddenly drop in TSH.. reasons : 1. Preganancy 2. lost weight 3. Viral illness, ? Thyroiditis timely is Tsh 0.33 you may require to reduce dose.. but need detailed history and examination
