I ejaculate immediately whenever my penis enters in vagina or during foreplay activities. I have tried Clomipramine, Tadalafil and Sertraline but this anxiety reduce treatment didn't cure me well. Although my penis gives me proper erection always.

Tadalafil is not meant for premature ejaculation... Also try the following techniques first... They r safe and side effects free!!
1. Use 'long last' condoms-- they have benzocaine which decreases sensations on tip of penis for few minutes and thus help prolong sex. Wear them as soon as ur penos is erect. These r available on Amazon or any pharmacy shop.
U can even try regular condoms first. They also act by decreasing sensations.
2. Having sex frequently may also help prolonging the love making.
3. Have a second session !
And if u ejaculate once.. n both want more... Try again after 20 minutes. All males need 10-20 minutes to have a second erection.
4. As u grow older and sex is no longer a new thing for u, ur duration of lovemaking will improve...
Meanwhile, just chill , don't over-think about it and have fun!
its very easy to write tadalafil or viagara or dapoxetine BLINDLY but it is not permanent solution for your age and sideeffects also.
u can increase time by diet exercise lifestyle changes and natural resources without sideeeffrcts
