Hip bone dislocation
Hello! My Hip bone is dislocated and was reduced within 3 hours in an emergency. I moved to another city for further treatment. I lost my pre x ray. I have my post reduction x ray and also got c t scan done. The new ortho, does not see a concern from the report, however on physical examination he is treating me. I am currently on bed rest and have been strictly advised not to walk and not use the bathrook, but do not have much pain. I can bend both my legs and also can move my body on both sides. I am wondering if that is allowed okay and allowed? as the Doc also advised some exercises. I am not sure if what I am doing would interfere with the ultimate healing. please confirm . The image is after reduction Thank you!
