  4. Hip dhs xray. I continue the exercises!

I was not knowing of attachment of files now I have attached my post dhs x-ray and doctor said it's fine and I am travelling out of country and are there any precautions and till when should I continue the exercises

We need to know how many days after surgery are you.  That shall determine your weight bearing and precautions
