Last week I fell 25' out of a tree and landed on hands and knees. Ever since, I have significant pain deep in my groin and upper butt/lower back. I can't bend over to put on shoes and I can't lift my leg from a seated position -- the muscle doesn't seem to want to work. What could this be?

There is a possibility of having a avulsion fracture, sprain or strain. Get x-rays or MRI done and share.
