Hissing Sound in left Ear
From last one week, I am experiencing hissing sound in my left ear, Currently I am on medication for anxiety and depression medicine Sertima 50 mg twice a day, a little bit of ear ache as well, also , I feel something is there in my ear. Please Suggest what to do, the hissing sound is irritating and become loud in silence.

Tinnitus can be due to blockage in ear canal or sometimes due to an issue in middle ear also ... Will require proper history and examination

Hissing sound is called tinnitus in medical language.. There can be many reasons for this ..
A detailed history and examination is required to make a diagnosis and then only proper treatment can be advised..
