It is a diagnosed case of cancer. The type will be confirmed only by the IHC report.

It's definitely a malignancy. Go for PET scan if possible otherwise contrast enhanced CT scan of Head, neck , thorax and abdomen.
Further testing for IHC ( immunohistochemistry) on biopsy tissue.
Till then you can give any painkiller .
