HELLO,   LOSS OF WEIGHT IS MAINLY DUE TO TUBERCULOSIS. ARV DOES ALSO HAVE THIS EFFECT. BUT DUO ARE MUCH IMPORTANT. TAKE ARV AT NIGHT AFTER TWO HOURS OF DINNER WITH MILK. ORANGE CAPSULE IS RIFAMPICIN400IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEDICINE SHOULD BE TAKEN IN EMPTY STOMACH. TRY SMALL AMOUNT OF MEALS BUT FREQUENT IE TWO TO THREE HOURS.   TRY AGAIN N AGAIN SMALL AMOUNT AS IT IS EASILY PALATABLE BUT HEALTHY DIET LIKE OMLET, SPROUTS, OATS WITH MASALA, LIKE THAT. DON'T TAKE FRIED FOOD, JUNK FOOD OR GREASY FOOD AS IT'S RAINY SEASON. DON'T WORRY AT ALL REGARDING ARV AS AFTER FEW DAYS YOU ARE HABITUAL WITHOUT ANY SIDE EFFECT. DON'T THINK ONCE TO ANY OF THE MEDICINE OTHERWISE YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. MAKE A BALANCE BETWEEN WORK, DIET N REST WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. IN NORMAL PEOPLE REST MEANS TOTAL REST, BUT IN YOUR CASE VIRUS ARE 200TIMES MORE ACTIVE IN NIGHT SO THE CONSUME MOST OF YOUR FOOD SO AS ENERGY TOO. NOW AGAIN THINK ABOUT THIS, THAN YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE N MORE SO AT NIGHT YOU DON'T  DEPRIVED OF ENERGY. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS VERY WELL. O.K BYE.
