My sister got married 8mth back, she got infected with hiv+ from her husband, we came to know 2week earily due to her pregnancy test, we aborted her child. Looking for specialist for treatment

Visit a district civil hospital once and ask for the ICTC(integrated counselling and testing centre ) they will help you with the treatment and how to cope up with the disease.

Hello there. The government of India has established a lot of anti retroviral therapy centres known as ART centres. You can go there along with the reports for suitable treatment. Since the course of the treatment is very very long, the medicines are usually given at a very low rate or at free of cost. It's better if you go to such centres only. You will be able to find these centres at a government hospital near you or the hospital could guide you further. At other places, the treatment will be expensive. Hope this helps. Regards
