HIV Risk in this case

Last day, I used a nail cutter previously used by my friend. I guess the time difference will be 5-15 minutes. I did clean the outer edge with Dettol, but before that, some particle from the nail cutter(maybe some previous part of my friend's nail stuck inside), went in one of my nail and I guess it rubbed between my nail and enclosed finger and then went out.
I am very much terrified that I may catch HIV this way as the particle might have been a part of nail from my friend and having his dried blood. Can some doctor guide regarding this.
