My wife is been diagnosed for hoarse throat and may need surgery due to nodules what is apporx cost of surgery and effectiveness ?

Your wife seems to be having vocal nodules. Usually vocal nodules are managed by voice therapy and surgery is the last resort if voice therapy fails. Micro laryngeal surgery for vocal nodules may cost anywhere between 50k to 1lakh depending on doctor and the hospital
