Hole above anus for my 5 months baby
My daughter is 5 months old now. She is having a hole above anus (at the top of buttocks). Will it create any health issues to her? Kindly help us in finding the issue.

Hi I can understand your worry. This is called post anal dimple.... Dont worry much Only care you need to take is clean it properly  each time baby passes motions.... else infection will set in. This is a sacral dimple. It is very common and in your case appears perfectly harmless (no red flag markers seen). It will improve over some time, do not worry. If baby's development continues normally, need no further investigation.

It wil not Create any harm to baby don’t worry however , are you able to see the base of hole if yes then it’s normal In anyway Ultrasonography of spine is a must to exclude some problems at times there can be some associated factors ,
