I have a small hole thats browness color in the left side of my bottom gum where i chew tobacco my mouth hurts so bad what is it

It could be a reaction to tobacco either leukoplakia or allergic reaction. U need to visit Dentist to Know exactly n to know how the case depends on frequency of your tobacco intake pet day. Kindly stop the habit. Visit Dentist
