Hi I have been getting my wisdome teeth on and off for years now but the left wisdome tooth has cut a hole in my inner cheek

It’s a case of cheek bite due to partially erupted wisdom tooth , you might apply dologel ct to the lesion for pain relief , eventually you need to get this wisdom tooth extracted .

To prevent infection and further inflammation you can use betadine or chlorhexidine mouth wash !
