Home made purées
Can I save the home made purées for 1-2 days in the refrigerator and warm it a little bit before giving it to my baby. Can I store the rice n dal purée or any fruit purée in fridge and serve her the next day ? She is 7 mo.

Hello momma! Its always better to feed fresh purees/ Dal rice for your baby. Well but if you are a working mother/ during emergency situations you can refrigerate the puree, take out required amount, thaw it and feed. Thawing means heating by placing the puree cup in a bowl of hot water. Its not direct heating. Hope this helps!

It's better always give the baby freshly prepared food.
Health Tips
if you are working mother n don't have time then store roasted suji, or can give glucose biscuits mixed  with milk or mashed banana n some thing like that in case of emergency.
