Just wanted to check if a paediatrician can do a home visit for vaccination ..................

Some vaccines like Oral Polio Vaccine can be given anywhere.
But in general, going to a hospital is advisable. Some may cause reaction.
After getting vaccine, remain in the hospital for atleast 15 minutes.
Most pediatricians are very busy and won't come just for vaccination.

Not recommended. If some life threatening reaction happens its very difficult to manage at home.
