This line occurs because of
1. melasma
2. seb dermatitis
3. frictional hyperpigmentation
I would advise you to use gel based sunscreen. reapply sun screen every three to four hours. don't touch or rub the skin over this area. Please meet a dermatologist so they can examine you and prescribe the required creams
