The only way to diagnose pcos is an ultrasound Ovarian volume more than 10 CC is diagnostic of pcos

Please don't start testing yourself without any guidance for PCOS . Medicine goes like this 1.Symptoms ( what is happening  to you) history 2.Signs ( What we( doctors) find in you) 3• Tests and imaging and their results ( corroborating your signs and symptoms or not ) 4. Medicine and life style changes if required 5. Follow up

Basic tests for irregular  cycles are cbc, scan and thyroid tests..kindly connect
